If you had an image, including a video or photograph, of your face that was captured and processed via third party software implemented within the JustPlay Application in the course of using the JustPlay Application while in the State of Illinois without prior written consent since October 24, 2019, you may be a Class Member and eligible for benefits. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) all people who are officers, directors, or governing board members of the Defendants, governmental entities, and the Court, the Court’s immediate family, and Court staff; and (2) anyone who validly excludes themselves from the Settlement.

If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a $15.00 payment, you must complete a Claim Form online or postmarked on or before March 16, 2026.

To start your online claim, you must log in with your Unique Login ID and PIN. You can find your ID and PIN on the Email Notice that was sent to you.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is March 16, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than March 16, 2026.
